What forms of payment do you accept?

KW Hab processes all payments through PayPal.  You don’t need to have a PayPal account to check out with us, you have the option of checking out as a guest. You can use a debit or credit card to pay in PayPal. If you need assistance with payments, we have an onsite payment debit/credit machine available at 99 Ottawa Street. Please connect with the program you are trying to register for to arrange in-person payment.

What is your payment policy?

Full payment of activities, courses, and classes must be made at the time of registration. Debit, credit and Paypal are acceptable methods of payment for all activities, course and classes.

Invoices for monthly supports and service (eg. job coaching) will be emailed or mailed with payment due in 10 days of receipt of invoice.  Debit, and credit are acceptable methods of payment for all support and services.

Should payment not be received with 30 days, a second email or letter will be sent to inform of the overdue invoice.

At 60 days, if a payment has not been received, or a payment plan has not been established, all future purchasing of supports and services will be suspended until payment has been made.

Do you accept cheques?

KW Habilitation no longer accepts cheques as payment options.

Can I use my passport funding?

Yes you can! Check out as usual for your classes and activities and submit your receipt for your passport funding.

Who do I connect with if I have more questions about passport funding?

Email us at [email protected]

Where will I find my recipes, course materials list etc?

If a course you’ve signed up for has additional course materials, you’ll find it in your account under downloads

What about supplies for my class?

If your class requires supplies and it is virtual, a supply kit will be made available for pick up on designated days.  You can pick up your supplies curbside at 109 Ottawa Street S. Unit D or by appointment.  If your class is in person and requires supplies, they will be available to you at the time of the class.
