Join YEP Skills to discover what it means to live well—both inside and out! You will learn about the different parts of wellness, explore fitness basics, discover fun types of exercise and workout routines, and learn how to make healthy food choices that support your goals. It’s all about finding simple, enjoyable ways to feel your best every day.
Please note that YEP Skills is for youth aged 13–25.
