Your Instructor: Dana she/her

Dana is a Neurodivergent, mother of 5 children, and a unique individual who has worked hard on her mental health throughout her adult life.  Dana finds doing art; especially paint pouring, very helpful to practice being mindful, calming her nervous system and increasing her confidence.  Pairing her love of art and Peer Support is something Dana is very excited to offer at KW Habilitation and hopes to find more opportunities like this in the future.
