This course is for adults 18+ with a developmental disability and is focused on building the skills essential for employment, creating a resume, interview preparation and more! When the course is complete, there will be a meeting to discuss the next steps of your employment goals, including opportunities to work with a Job Coach/Job Developer for ongoing support.

• Learn the importance of giving and receiving both positive and negative feedback
• After the class portion, a plan will be created with you that can include continued skill
building, volunteerism and job development
You will be working with Job Coaches during the course to develop your skills and look for
summer employment. If hired, we can help you learn the job and offer bus training.
